WORKSPACE BENDIGO

Situated in central Bendigo above the Bendigo Bank and opposite the Coles Carpark in Lyttleton Terrace, this centre consists of nine offices ranging in size from 12 to 46 sq. meters.

Tenants are responsible for GST and their own telephone connections and call charges. Workspace covers electricity, rates, water and general cleaning at this site and this is incorporated into the tenants monthly statement.
