Completed in June 2003 this site contains five small factories ranging in size from 108sq.mts to 144sq.mts. Each factory is fitted with an easy access roller door and has three phase power and a yard.

Tenants are responsible for telephone connection and call charges, also for connection and usage of power. Tenants pay a percentage of rates and water for the site, which is included in the monthly rental invoices.
